reveg gone hermie?? help me out

hey guys. my cousin had grown a small plant and flowered it. he than reveged it and is now flowering it again. i dont have any pics but from wut he told me it has some sacs. he wants to know if he let it mature if the seeds would be feminized.??? help me out + rep thanks

idk how the fuck thats possible but yes, 90%(usually more) of seeds from a hermie will be female
