Rigged cooltube 85 to hot?

So I made a homemade cooltube about a week ago, and today I decided to move my light closer to the plants. My two temp gauges are registering around 83-86, though I have pretty good air circulation. When I place my hand above the plant canopy, it doesn't feel hot at all. So, should I go with my thermometers and say its to hot, or should I go with the hand method and say that temps are alright?

They should be fine if your hand isnt lying to you. Make sure that it STAYS cool and doesnt burn the babies.

p.s. can you tell me how you made the cooltube? I just bought a system that came with a Econowing and im wodering if i need to upgrade.

Yea i Wldnt mind seeing a DIY on a cooltube ive got a few ideas my self wld be good to see how others did it
