lots of little earthquakes is a good thing... when the little ones stop then you need to worry

I like your logic, and hope you are right. Seems that a bunch of little ones could also be the precursor to the big one as tension builds up. KABLOOOOOOEY!

The little ones could be stress relief, it could also be a symptom of something much worse. That the stress point is too high, and these are just pre break shimmers.

I'm curious about the fascination, other than from a scientific viewpoint, about such phenomena. There be absolutely fuck all that we can accomplish by worrying or wondering about it. People choose to live in the areas, after knowledge is made public. So, why all the concern?
