Day 14 from seed with air injection soil i have been spraying leaf's down with water last 3 days. I noticed white powder on leaf of several of my 9 plants. i hit google fast. found PapayaTwins had a post https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/308426-white-dust-leaves-help.html saying use milk and water so i did it with fans on always and will repeat daily then several times a week. i hope this works good. i was wondering if spraying was good when air injection is used. i know now. no more spray. also led's are so dang cool ill turn on some of my cfl to get temp back to 76 its 71 right now.

PapayaTwins i so happy to see your post i did check more links from google and all said what you said. All if you have used milk/water to get rid of powder mildew let me know what to expect please. picture below of 1 of 3 plants that has it.

i've never seen air injection before. its a first for me. i'll do some more research on the topic though. plant looks good so far. i never used milk for pm. i never got pm on my indoor grows. in veg any fungicide will work. i wouldn't spray in flower though. lookin good so far. hope that helps.

Injecting air into the pots is going to cause dry spots and eventually an antagonistic situation in the root zone which is not a good thing. Coco or well draining mixes will not benefit from it, rather the opposite actually.

Use a 1:8 ratio. Skim milk works fine. It will leave residue on the leaves. You can spray with phed water the next day if you want to rinse them off. I spray milk and water about once every week to ten days now as a preventative. It will not completely kill off the PM but it will knock it way back. I did it every three to 4 days for about two weeks when I initially saw PM. You can use it in flower but it will prematurely turn your hairs red.

Ty all i knew it was good info i found jsut wanted to make sure i did treatment correct as i have never had or seen this on my outdoor grows. its just 3 plants of 9. i sprayed them all. i know now to not spray leaves period with this setup. live and learn. im anal so i check my plants 4 times a day at least and was wondering why some was a bit darker then others now i know why. ill also change water tomorrow. and back off a bit on watering them. was up to 3 times a day now gonna go back to 2 times. I have to remember to not try and rush it. this is a new tech and ill have to pay atttention the plants will tell me when something is wrong and if i cant figure it out fast i have RIU who rock. im glad to be here all. ty and ill update this with results. ill also move light out of way for better pic my led's are messing with camera focus a bit on cell phone.
Peace and love all.
RIU rocks

im trying this out. if i dot like it i have $50 into all part pots soil ect. and will go hydro if air injection isnt for me. but if this works and give me nice cola's well as big as they can with my light setup then ill be happy and buy a bigger led. Im gonna buy this light in spring when i return to work http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-7-Band-240w-LED-Grow-Light for the buck it rocks and its only 265 dollars. for my bloom area 2' x 4' 7.5' high its perfect. again the setup have is a test with lights and air injection. ill milk/water spray again this afternoon. i also changed water already today. they are growing fast ill take picture of them in a bit.

lmao okay so this is not powder mold my humidity is 40% it is salt/nute buildup on the leaves. i will still not spray my leaves with anything again unless its distilled or ro water. Here are my babies i hope i have a few males so i can concentrate my lights on like 4 plants in bloom.

thank you. I will still spray again with milk water today it wont hurt it yeah im trying to see if air injection soil works for me. im scared of pure hydro setup right now(reading watching posts ect till i know i can try it) and soil indoors is ruff and tough. outdoors soil is easier. especially if you use post hole digger or good shovel and dig down 3 feet and get it 3 feet wide then add mixed soil back in plant seedlings or seeds and check every 5 days maybe water if its been dry but with morning dew most outdoor grows never need any water that isnt provided but mother nature. This is my first indoor grow and will relax more after this one is in my pipe and jars.
