"Robo trip" Question.

Hey what's up fellow potsmokers. I just heard, yes just now, what was I born yesterday? No. That you can trip off of something called Robotussin DM? I saw a few threads in this section already saying the basics, but i still have a few questions.

1. Say a 180 LB 18 year old, how many bottles would you need to have a average/decent trip?
2. Explain everything that you should check when buying it.
3. How much is it?
4. Is there a age requirement? (I was going to have my little brother go to the store and buy it, because he is 15)
5. Where can it be found?

Erowid - Light:100 - 200 mg, Common:200 - 400 mg, Strong:300 - 600 mg, Heavy:600 - 1500 mg, Risk of Death:2,500 - 20,000 mg

So, going off this... Assuming u buy Robo DX (which i suggest)

Ingredients
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 30mg

(each bottle is 200ml)
One bottle will be more then enough for a very nice trip. (600ml)

2. Explain everything that you should check when buying it.
Check that the only active ingredient is Dextromethorphan hydrobromide

3. How much is it?
roughly $10 - $15

4. Is there a age requirement? (I was going to have my little brother go to the store and buy it, because he is 15)
Im not sure, i think there would be though...

5. Where can it be found?
At your local chemist or many Online chemists...

Also, Robo DM contains an ingredient that has a chance to induce vomiting... i suggest using Robo DX

As u can see, Robo DX contains the same amount of DXM, minus the extra chemical.. What is that extra chemical u ask?? I have no clue, personally, But, why take something u dont need to?? Lol.. specially when the negative side effects r this!! :O!

in my hayday it was robo dm at reform school but that shit is really bad for your body

I attempted to grow shrooms, and failed. I looked up how to make acid, way too much stuff, and I think you have to be atleast a 1st grade (not as in elementary school..) chemist. And about where it can be bought, would a gas station or a walgreens have it? Also I still need to know if there is a a age requirement due to the active ingredient. If there is, please state what it is. Thanks.

most gas stations wouldnt have it but walgreens definetly would. and like aussieguy said make sure dxm is the only active ingredient or you could risk getting sick or even death.

The trip reports don't live up to the hype! Be ready to puke and be dizzy

wasted a few years of my life back in the early 2000's doing nothig but this stuff. after a year i built a tolerance up to handle 2 full boxes of CCC's that i drank down with 2 of the big bottles of Robo. this stuff is incredibly dangerous, and i have a few friends who never were the same afterword (we were all addicted for over 2 years).

its easier now, you can buy straight Dex out of most Rite-Aids and whatnot, theres a product called Dex-Alone now. wish it were that easy when we were doing it =/

i want to be clear though, imo it is not worth it. stick to the green, i had to learn the hard way.

There are plenty of plants that grow everywhere that can get you high if you do a little research and its all natural, morning glory seeds (LSA) comes to mind off the top of my head, but I know there are tons of others...

Walmart has the Robotussin gelcaps, with just DXM in them for like 4 bucks a bottle, and like 300mg/bottle i.e. one good dose. That's what we used to use. Haven't done it in a while but I saw them the last time I was there. Also stay away from formulations with anything but dextro in them, they can really mess up your liver.

P.S. Try listening to some Philip Glass in a dark room while trippping on dextro, the CEVs dance to the music - it's pretty fuckin cool. Also, don't plan on doin anything the rest of the day...

P.P.S. Robo has like a 50 trip "limit" before the stuff dosent really work anymore (superhigh dose = not that great of effect). Anyway, have fun.

i can assure you this is 100 percent false. though a tolerance can be built up, after about a week i would trip normally again.

I totally disagree, we used to do robo all the time. After a while, physically it would still fuck me up, but the head trip just wasn't there anymore. That's actually why I quit doing it.

you will become a tard, but in my experience, and you may be right that you lost your ability to fry, but we never did. i fried on almost a daily basis for a very long time. not 50 trips, try closer to 250. in the end i still got just as messed up as i did in the beginning. life was a dream then, and there were no consequences. it was when we quit, that we realized the permanent damage it had done to several in our group of friends. maybe its a physiology thing or something, but my tolerance built, but the high stayed the same through the bitter end.

crazy how the same lingo is still around this exactly what we called it robotrippin. You can get pretty messed up off of it but I honestly wouldn't recommend it. It's not always nice like mushrooms sometimes it gets really weird and freaky shit happens. It also can make u feel like shit afterwards or even during. I thought that perhaps cold medecine was partly responsible for the death of pimp c. IDK be safe I don't remember how much we took.

im 85 kg and drink 2 bottles and im fucked for about 2-3 hrs ,once its starts its on when it stops its like someone flicked the off switch

@KK: I hear ya man. Back in the day my friends and I used to do the kinds of shit that makes me shudder now. I don't remember exactly how many times I did robo but it was like 30 or 40 and then all of a sudden it just kinda lost its magic.

ya no kidding. i wont lie though, if you truly did lose the high after that, i actually envy you. it may have saved me and my group a lot of time, trouble and heartache.
