Roleadro LED rebuild and other DIY LED questions

I am going to rebuild this thing after putting together a DIY with 3K and 5K CREE CXA 3070's but first I have a few questions.
1) Can a 42V 1.5@ power supply run the CXA 3070 (Vf 36-42 from what I understand) and a 5v cooling fan if they are hooked in series without adverse impact on the LED array?
2) For the rebuild I am considering smaller led Arrays and pulling 2 of the 4 power supplies out of the Roleadro and using them for far red/IR and UV supplements, however I am having trouble finding what LED arrays emmit those non-visible light spectra that are compatible with the application.
Roleadro power supplies are 28-36V @ 1.2amps. Bear with me I am new to this site and will figure out how to upload pics soon.
3) Would like to do passive cooling on the supplemental parts and saw on one of the posts here a black anodized cylindrical heatsink that was probably 3 in dia. by 4 or 5 in tall. Would this work for say a 28v array (~33W) and again any insight on a source?

Avoiding any discussion of the efficacy of the Roleadro light other than it is a light source that emits photons or a reasonable facsimile there of. It does not produce the the said 400 Watts unless they have figured out a way for the led's to do cold fusion as it draws less than 200 Watts from the wall. I have taken some different white balance photos and the histograms look interesting but I need to digest them a bit before making any comments.

1. Depends on if the fan can handle 1.5 amps.

2. Osram makes good royal blue and deep red monos i believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

3. Have to check surface area of the sink and see if it's compatible passively with what you're trying to run on it. The equation is on here somewhere.

thanks Kmog, the specific thread or possibly youtube vid greengeens tech talk did make mention that it did meet some calculation the person had done but seemed like most of the persons past experience was with flat heatsink kinda shootin in the dark hoping that if it failed I am lucky enough they will read this post!!!:cuss:

Glad I'm posting these questions cause the amperage of the fan didn't even cross my mind I was more concerned about some wierd feedback current or something blowing the LED though. I will look into the Osram led's thanks again.

Pic is inside of Roleadro light incase any one is interested attached the one below is with my T5 8 lamp (4 6400k and 4 2900k) and the Roleadro on and with the white balance at 4000K The left side (T5) looks pretty true to color but the right side (Roleadro) has a purple brown tint, also the auto white balance of the camera could not compensate for the roleadro regardless if the T5s were running. What does that mean? well in short the the left side is "close" to natural conditions and the right fall outside the best possible outcome parameters of the camera which are based on the "real world" or a version of it. The light coming from the roleadro seems (IMO) to be very extreme at a very few frequencies and is nowhere near any kind of natural condition.

That said what I intend to do with it is also going to be well outside normal conditions but we'll see what works as there are opportunities to experiment ahead...

Auto white balance on the pic and HomeDepot.com red blue white LEDs (13w x2 for fifty bucks a piece cause I had a giftcard) and two 2 lamp 2ft T5 6400K for 109W total.
