room temps vs top of plants temps

Ok so I got A/C running in the room and inline fan blowing hot air out (600watt cool tube). The room itself feels nice (about mid 70's) but the temp probe that I have placed at plant level under the lights says 86. I have an oscillating fan blowing between the lights and the plants. The lights are about 32 inches away from the plants. I'm guessing the light radiaion itself is causing the 86 degrees temp at that level.

So what can I do about it then?? The room is a nice temp but plant height it's 86.

temp can reach 90 and still be comfortable for the women, 86 is perfect temp so far.... Flowering you might wanna lower the temp to about 80 degrees
