Root 66 Foliar spray for clones?

Dank You, More Please

About a week ago I lost one of my plants due to a damping off problem, stem snapped in half and plant tipped over. But since this is my first grow, and I have a few bottles of cloning gel laying aroundm I thought it would be a good time to practice taking a clone and snipped one off this plant before I trashed it.

Dipped the clone in the gel for 30 seconds or so, then put into rockwool and placed into an enclosed clear plastic container in the rest of my grow tent.

In order to keep humidity up I've been doing a foliar spray with a very light (150ppm) solution of Technaflora's Root 66. Is this bad for a fresh clone?

There is no way the cutting uses any food when in stasis trying to root. Does what your spraying accumulate? Will it have an effect after they root? I don't know.

Good luck!
