Root rot shock or overwatering?

Just wondering: is it possible that due to enough root rot a plants' roots could become infected beyond a point of no return? Mainly asking because I have been battling root rot with h2o2/Hygrozyme in ph'd water with no nutes (flushed like that for 5 days straight), but now my fan leaves are all incredibly droopy. When the roots were badly infected, the leaves didn't look nearly as bad, but now I'm afraid that the h2o2 & Hygrozyme may have eaten away at too much of the roots since they were so badly infected...or is it a possible overwatering situation due to 5 consecutive days of flushing?

Thanks for any input :) been trying to get more help on this issue in my other post: https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/387923-root-rot-during-flowering-will.html (has pics and more info on my plant)
