Root rot?

Dies this look like root rot? Their not slimy or anything, I thought the colour was due to my zyme and rhyzo and the HPS dosen't help with pics

What does it smell like? Like old socks?

Na there isn't really a smell to it if anything I'd say it smells like fresh dug dirt a little?

It's in rdwc and the control rez dosen't have any signs of slim or anything and my water temps range from 16 to 21°c (61-70°f)

Nah your good. Calmag stains my roots.
Go by smell and feel. The roots should be firm and have body to hold themselves, and like you say, smell like fresh earth. If they sag like a limp noodle then you have problems.

looks like your roots are a little stained by nutrients. What do the plants look like?

Looks ok. I just had to deal with root rot. Yours look stained but that’s it

This is them under normal light, It was cold in the tent today with lights off it was 46°f (8°c) will that affect them? I set my heater back up on a timer for tomorrow were expecting cold weather for the next week top of 55°f (13°c) through the day and 30°f (-1°c) over night
