roots rotting?

well im not sure really but i put 3 og kush cuttings a 2 white widow in a cloner about 4 days ago and i see a lil white bump on 1 but all the rest are turning a lil brown. i used bottled water and added a tiny bit of super hume.
is it normal for the root to turn brown? or should i just wait? the rest on top looks great. also i have them 1 inch submerged with pump runnin constantly. is that ok too? help me out.

I have had this happen too i have heard putting your pump on a timer of 15 on and 15 off will help... but either way they should be okay just let them run its course

ok thats what i was hoping to hear. a lil browning is ok then?
