Most Likly if they are white, round worm like body, and feelers they are thrips. I use nothing but roots soil and few of my own amendments. Thrips and gnats are two bugs you can expect from this soil, each brand has its signature bug. Problem though is gnats are a constant issue and this frustrates me, roots should take care of this being such a large issue. Nematodes are a great fix, use good dosage on small plants and two-three good dosages in final transplant to kill them before they get a few life cycles in, they can cause serious issues. Yellow sticky traps are a must when you use roots, and cheaper if you make your own, some yellow paper and jelly. Also let soil dry between waterings.

Now as far as thrips go, quick and easy to fix. Get a clean spinosad spray, works so well, and has never hurt or burned my plants, just remove plants from lights early in lights on schedule or turn a few lights of and spray plants, let fan dry and slowly put back under lights to dry out and prevent mold. Be sure to pure water rinse day or two after for cleanliness. I use Captain Jacks spinosad :)
