Running two different light spectrums for flowering?

I currently have 3x105watt cfls for vegging. Can these be run in conjunction with a 150watt hps for flowering.

Also would this be enough lighting for say two plants in a hydro setup?

that'll work fine and yes that's a nice level for two plants
If you don't have reflectors for the cfls get them even if you have to make 'em yerself
