Runt Plant: Is it healthy? What is wrong? PLEASE HELP

Hey all,

This is my first grow. I got autoflower lowryder 2. Plant is on 20/4 lights, with a 100w cfl, good nutirents (orchid grow), and in what i assume is a big enough container. This plant is about 21 days old from germination.

I've read in here I should put onto my bloom nutrient by now? but its like 2 inches tall? what should I do. Do i start flowering it now? Wait? Is it unhealhty in someway? Is this normal? I'm really clueless on this guys. Please autoflower experts tell me whats up

Welcome to hell. This strain is super picky about water ph. The last one i grew only popped out 6 grams dry. Remember its also a low rider strain which means it will not get very big generally speaking. That being said the smoke that did come off of that plant was top notch. I have heard that this an awesome yielding stain for an outdoor grow.

Ya I'd recommend another CFL and leave the light on 24/0 light BUDS said. Keep a close eye on the ph levels and wait a bit on the bloom nute until she grows some. Good luck!

What kind of soil are you using?
Reason I ask is, I'm learning the hard way (as if I know any other way), that many auto's are picky little girls about their enviroment. Soil, especially amended soils (i.e.,miracle grow with time release nutes) must be chosen wisely, and the added nutes taken into consideration when adding additional nutes such as bloomgrow, or you'll cook the shit out of them in a hurry. Auto's are, or can be very nute sensitive. I hit some 5 wk. old blueberry with bloom once, may as well have hit it with a lawn mower!
I've found it best to use a regular ol' potting soil that stays kind of loose and 'airy', absent of ANY additives, in peat pots if I'm going to transplant. When I plant the germed seed, I use miracle grow's quick-start to water them in, and again in about a week.
Because I grow outdoors, I like the peat pots because they can be buried without disturbing the plants delicate root system. If you do anything to severily shock them, it obviousely has to recover, and can sevirly alter the growth of your plant. Then I use the quick start to water them in also, then again in a week.
By this time, your baby is beginning to, or already may be flowering. Now, you can begin giving SMALL doses of your favorite bloom, then watch her very closely and see how she responds. Some breeds will suck it up, others will choke to death on it. Some are VERY picky, others more forgiving. But I've found that virtually ALL of them are sensitive, in one way or the other.
If you "stay in touch" with your girls, they'll show you what they want. I usually don't end up giving them a whole lot, letting them get what they need thru the soil. This is where good compost and good, stable soil is best.
I think they're a blast. They can bring up some sweet personal bud, gift, whatever, in a much, much shorter time.
And I like a good challenge.
Happy Harvest!

a clear cup to mind-fuck your roots, with about a fistful of soil in it, and you're shoving fert's down its throat. when ya feed, and plant doesn't grow.......stop feeding. re-pot into one gallon pot, add another cfl, don't feed. wait until vigorous growth signals the appropriate time to feed.
