So question will 1500 ladybugs be enough four for plants to kill them off

If you have an infestation of russet mites you don't have time to be fooling around with ladybugs hoping they'll eat them all. You need a contact killer to knock them down as soon as possible.

I had these, i use hotbox sulfur got rid of them

The active ingredient in that is citric acid.
