Rust Colored Spots On Leaves ?

I had a problem with my PH about a week or two ago..the Ph was very high but I adjusted it and now it is normal.
I noticed this when the leaves started to turn yellow but, after I have brought my PH back down to normal, I started seeing rusty colored spots on my leaves..
I understand it may be a calcium deficiency but I have been giving her all the nutrients from the feeding chart from the beginning..

its white widow under a 250 hps, closet / tent grow. Ocean Forest soil. Roots Oragnic Nutes.
About 5 weeks into bloom.

calcium and boron deficiency. Too much magnesium can cause calcium lockout. Add more Cal and no more mag. Calplex. Oyster shell flour etc...
