rust looking on fan leafs

1st indoor grow 4-5 weeks into flowering 400 hps 12/12 plant looks to be budding real good and healthy but the last week or so the fan leafs are looking a bit rusty in color and the tips are turn down on some of them also in my veg room some of my clones have thease little green worms on them, anybody with some HELP would deeply appreciated. THANKS JUICE

take a picture; the crispyness sounds like a toxicity, not a def, but if the rust is along with yellowing, and leaves are dying from the bottom up you likely have a cal/mag issue.
