Rust problem

Just noticed this problem with morning. Little rust sports showing up on sugar leaves.
About week 4 of flower
Coco medium
Fox farms trio used
Feed schedule is 4:1 ratio of tiger bloom to grow big. Currently out of big bloom which is mostly earth worm castings.
cal mag at 3ml per gallon
Fed at 1000ppm everyday
Under 630 de cmh about 30 inches away from light
I have ran plants full flower with no big bloom before without deficiencies.
what do you guys think could be causing these rust spots?

Initial thoughts would be calmag issues. Rest of the plant looks good tho. I woukd try and flush with PhD water and then feed again... maybe salt buildup
