Rust spots... I need advice.

My first grow. 10 day old Gorilla Glue Autos are showing some rust spots. A couple days ago I found my exhaust fan flex hose fell between the wall and the grow box and was blocked. The rust spots started then and I am just making sure it was a ventilation problem or is it something else. 600 LED light at 18”. I have a circulation fan going. Temps are 75 degrees. Drain water is at 7 ph and 300 ppm. No nutes.

I appreciate any comments you have.

Guessing it is from whatever you are spraying it with.
Yes... even if its just water

Thank you all. I sprayed some fungicide on them today just to calm my nerves. The other 2 plants, 7 days old, are showing no signs.

No, not spraying them anymore. I think it is actually a calcium deficiency. Cal-mag arriving today.
If they were bigger and you weren't running 300 PPM water I'd say Calcium too but I've never seen it hit a plant that small. I run 250 PPM water and never see a Ca issue until my plants mid veg. Anyway hope Calcium fixes it for you. Let me know please, I'm Curious.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't add any calmag yet...see if symptoms halt or if they progress. Particularly given that your leaves appear to already have adequate N. Soil is generally less prone to a lack of Ca or Mg. I'd actually be quite surprised if there wasn't enough already in your soil and water to sustain such a young seedling. Good luck.

Could be too high temperature. CalMag if reverse osmosis water is used. Never had this problem so young.

Ever since I made the switch to CMH lighting, it seems like I HAVE to run calmag from the jump in DWC or else I get a calmag deficiency as early seedlings...so don't feel bad, plenty of us have this issue. At 75F I wouldn't worry about temps...75F is well within the optimal range of temps.

I had already started cal-mag + so once I adjusted to 6.0 they started growing and getting rid of the rust. Thank you for your comments. As a new grower I appreciate your expertise. Looking forward to the next 6-8 weeks!
