Sage Plant dying? Help pleassse

The past couple weeks she's been doing fine but the other day she started to wilt and now she has these spots all over the bottom set of leaves

using 250 watt
Nature Agriculture Mix grow 4
6.0 water

tell us about your grow. what is your humidity? temps? ventilation? etc.

dunno about humidity gotta go get one of them meters soon temp is usually 70-80 and I got it so the mylar hangs from the cieling with about 2-3 feet off the floor so air flow can get to the plants

no its about 2 weeks into vegging and yes its clean

Looks like root bound to me, i would change to a bigger pot....
