Same genetics different everything!???

So I've got these two Bruce bangers from seedsman flowering in a 3x3 in ffof soil 5gal 240w led and the phenotypes of this plant are all over the place ...... I had to pull one due to hermaphroditism (note I did have to finish dialing in the exhaust on the new 3x3 when I pl laced these into the tent )and the remaining 2 look completely different. I have had this before where the seeds say it's all the same genetics but the plants characteristics are different atleast there the same height... Can anybody weigh in on this and give me some insight as to what I should be expecting.... And does anyone know what kinds of signs to look for in hermies other than the pollen sacs themselves.... And if you can look at my light it's 2ft ling should I run it corner to corner in this 3x3 or leave it evenly in the middle of tent running parallel with the bars.???

You have hermies, which means youll have seed in your weed.

If you grow from seed you get different phenotypes,
Like if you have kids they ain’t all the same.
Your Bruce plants will either lean to the parent of the og kush or lean to the side of the strawberry diesel or be 50/50 hybrid. Only if you take a clone from a plant will it be identical. Both plants should have same characteristics but will taste/look different from seed.

I pulled his bitch ass out of there already the remaining 2 are fine I think I haven't seen any pollen sacs
