Saving Clone after fungus gnat larvae damage

Hello! I planted this clone around 2 weeks ago in soil that it turns out was infested with fungus gnat larvae. They did a good amount of root damage, and now I am going to try to revive this clone. I was thinking of soaking the Rockwool in some water mixed with clonex and then maybe also in a mild kelp/bad guano/worm casting tea. after that I'm planning on either putting it in new (clean) soil, or back under the dome for a bit. Does this sound like a viable plan? has anyone else brought back a clone that was in a similar state? if so how? here are some photos. Any advice based on previous experiences would be much appreciated. Also, the roots look brown in the photo, but in person, they don't seem dead...i think they are just discolored from the soil.

Still looks alive and perky. If you plant in good clean soil, it will do fine. I use neem, spinosad, and BT on my plants, including newly rooted clones, for foliar and root drench. If you think there's possibility of any live pests or eggs on the clone or its roots, I would apply something as preventative to foliar and root drench. Only apply foliar with lights out, and let completely dry before lights on. If you apply it with lights on, the leaves can burn badly.

thanks for reaffirming my hope! And for the tips. hadn't thought about pests being in the Rockwool
