Scared to take out propagation chamber! help!

What's going on my rollitup peeps! I got a bit of a question. When I take the top off my propagation chamber one if the sprouts start to droop like within thirty minutes. When I put the top back on it just sprouts back up. That has me very scared to take it out the chamber. I would like to move them to the net pots but that one im really not sure. Can anyone explain this?

You need a humidity dome and overtime open the holes more and more I believe its called "Hardening off"

^^agreed. With any change in eviroment, it needs to be introduced slowly. Any quick change will have a noticeable effect.
