Did you hear about the so called father that beat his kid to death for not knowing his ABCs? Crazy ppl out there. License to drive required but not to be a parent. Stay high and be good to your kids.

Wow, really? I hadn't heard about that yet... That's terrible, man..

I'm in favor of some kind of test to be able to have kids, people who just have kids by accident or who clearly aren't ready (lots of definitions) should be fined or something, damn. Idiots turning the goddamn place into idiocracy right before our eyes..

My dad used to do that shit to me until I knocked him on his ass at 16. He was fucking ridiculous though. Like in elementary he would try to help me with my homework and if I couldn't answer right away he'd get pissed and pinch the shit out of me. I was blind all the way until I was 11 because after he was done being pissed he would buy me a candy or something. Fucking thread is a buzz kill lol.

I kinda went through the same thing but it wasn't my dad beating me it was my stepfather. The bruises were from falling down the steps in my one story house. And then there was the verbal shit.... your right, bummer thread. On a lighter note, I'm a great daddy to my daughters. Just got back from being a chaparone at my 13 yr olds request... a teen that wants her dad around, awesome!!!! Stay high

Exactly. In my family the only ones who talk about the abuse generations deep are the ones who smoke pot. My mom talks about it. Gramma don't but great gramma did. ;)
