Sea weed extract

Im going to be adding this to my regimen.

Im wondering how i should use it. Foiliar spray, or should i add it in during watering.

And also how much do i need to use.

do both and just follow instructions on the labels.

I just stumbled upon it. The stuff has a ton of micro nutrients. Some growers call it liquid gold lol. I'm exited to use it in my next grow. Give it a try its like 7 dollars for a 16 oz bottle. Cant go wrong with that. Thanks.

i heard seaweed is a great root stimulator also.. good for clones n seedlings..
