Second Flush? Dunk? What do I do?

Hey guys, so I just recently harvested my fruits from my first fruiting cycle of my BRF cakes. They seemed fairly dry so I started dunking them, they’ve currently been in the cold water for about 1 hour, I didn’t scrape anything off of them, just washed the vermiculite off and got to soaking. Is this the right thing to do? They seemed kind of dry so I wanted to hydrate them‍♂ Next question, about how long after dunking will my next fruit be? I’m not sure if it’d be a week or another month before I saw anything. Any tips would help!
