Second Grow and having some trouble(CFL grow)

Just started my second grow and starting off badly id say. I have one feminized blueberry, 1 northern lights, and 1 feminized white widow.
The blue and northern both germinated fine, but the ww has not germinated and i don't think it will, its been more than a week. So that was a waste of 13 buks. I got my seeds from The Attitude Cannabis Seeds Marijuana Seeds (very nice site by the way and good seeds besides the one lemon i got).
I am using 70 light warrior and 30 ocean forest in little plastic drinking cups for seedling stage. No nutes just pure distilled water. I have 5 day light (6500k i think) 27 watt cfls. But currently there is only one cfl over each of the 2 seedlings(thats all i can fit over those small cups). ANd i have a 12in fan that runs all the time. The temps go from 75-83f so temp isnt a problem. My plants are never totally dried out i always water them before they dry out totally and when i water i usually soak them good, and let them drain.
My problems are:
*They seem like they are growing very slow. But im not sure, it's been about 5 days since i planted the germinated seeds and they are both only about an inch tall. Blue berry is a little taller than an inch, and has 3rd set
of leaves just coming in small and northern has 3rd set about to come in. Please tell me if this is normal growth speed.
*Northern's first set of leaves has yellowish brownish tips and they are curled up a bit. I have not given it any ferts besides what is in the ocean forest and light warrior and water with distilled. This is my biggest problem! If anybody can help that would be awesome. Do you guys think i should take out the northern and put it in pure light warrior? If so how would i do that with out hurting the roots? Ive already transplanted it once and thought i almost killed it, i would like to know the proper way to do that with really small seedlings that have very small roots(usually one).
*Blueberry has slight purple tinge around the edges of the leaves(not sure if thats normal)
*Ph of dirt is 8, but fox farms said their light warrior dirt was 6.8-6.2 The Ph of my water is 8 but last grow i used miracle grow and distilled water that was also 8 and the ph of the dirt was perfect(like 6.5) Why is the fox farms that i spent 20 buks on have a really high ph. When the miracle grow i spent 4 buks on did perfectly with ph and my plant grew with no problems.
*I am trying to lower the ph of my distilled water with some ph down i bought at petco for aquariums. So far it is working but my dirt is still high ph, like 7. I wanna get that down to around 6.5, any hints or should i just keep doing ph down until i get to where i want. What does a high ph hurt?
*I have a question too: How tall or when should i transplant the 2 plants into my bigger 6*6*7 square pots with 100 percent ocean forest?
*Also when i transplant my seedlings into my bigger pots should i use a mix of light warrior and ocean forest or just full of ocean forest??

Ok, I will place my foot in my mouth and piss some people off.
here is a good growing medium, which is about impossible to fuck-up. it is called COCO. It has all the benifits of soil, but it has a nutral PH, and is impossible to over water. This stuff is great with all organic ferts. It also has ZERO time released ferts, so you are in total control of nutrients.

Just my Opinion. To each his own. I know many growers that changed from Fox Farm soil to COCO. You can buy it at your Hydro store, the same place you get Fox Farm Soil.

Do you know that most soil, you buy is ground up bark that has been composted? COCO is just as it sounds. It is Ground up Coconuts, with a few other things added in, as fines and such.

You treat COCO just like Soil. It even looks like soil. Especially after the plant is like 5 plus weeks old. I have a drip system set on mine. It is set to drip for 10 seconds once a day. Just enough to have drops start falling from my grow bags.

But I was thinking of droping some gravel in the bottom of my 3 gallon grow bags next crop, and setting up my 3'X3' flood and drain table.

Anyway, COCO is a very easy grow medium.

What about the purple tint on my leaves? Is that bad? Both my plants are pretty purple. The Northern has started growing faster, it's 2nd set of leaves have gotten indica big! Blue 3rd set of leaves are getting big. ANd anybody have tips for transplanting seedlings? I want to transplant my northern into pure light warrior because it still has yellow tips on first set of leaves. The water is now about 6 ph hopefully it changes the dirt ph and i can start getting some real growth.
Thanks and peace:peace:
