Second Grow, forgotten info!!

I,m just starting my second grow. Northern Light x Big Bud Auto. I got a new bulb a 600 watt dual spec HPS. just got them sprouting in the root riot cubes with big tap roots popping out so potted them into

Friday: Seeds went into glass of water
Saturday (26 hours later because I forgot): Seeds went into root riots in prop under T5 @24/0
Monday @2000 hours: Potted into 11 Litre pots now 3 parts to one plant magic soil supreme and perlite.

Just wanted to ask whether it's OK to put them under the 600 watt dual spec right now and what height above seedlings it should be.

Also I think last time I used home made humidity domes for a few days but read that it's good to remove domes as soon as they sprout so question 2 is are domes needed? They were in a prop in the cubes for a couple of days.

I know I'll get a quick response on here and I'm just too drained after a very long day to google it up when I haven't even had a shower and a joint yet! Appreciate the help. Once I do chill I can share some pics from the first grow. I made mistakes but got some nice smoke, it was Autopilot XXL.

Greetings I keep domes on for about a week but I keep close eye on them and make sure they can vent and don't over heat. Can get 155 inside real fast under HID.

I would move them into a shaded area getting the main light for a day or so and move it closer, you will know when it's to close it will point leaves down.
But honestly new sheet outside don't get shading and domes so Im on the fence now.
