Second grow, led light question

Hi everyone. I just bought a pro grow 180 watt led. I upgraded from a 90 watt UFO which I used for the whole grow. I am only growing 1 plant in a dr40 secret jardin tent. Really small space. I also have a glow panel 45 which was great in the early stages last time. My question is: for the seedling stage, should I stay with the glow panel till veg then switch to the pro grow, or use the 180 from the start?
its a pretty strong light.

Definitley, use the grow panel for seedling stage. Then switch to the led ufo. I let mine go on cfl through vegging. Then added a smaller 90 watt led ufo later for bloom.

i started my seedlings under a 180w led light about 1.5 feet above them. it worked well.
