Second grow pics.... ideas? Comments?

So, I'll admit it. I had hoped and expected to beat the odds and have a productive grow on my first try. After watering too much, stretching all my plants from lack of light, and nuking them with nutes, I stand before you a humbled man.

My second go round will consist of this:

I have 3 cups as you can see in the picture, filled with MG soil (No foxfarm at Lowes). I have a 400 watt (equivalent) CFL bulb, not sure of the light spectrum, a 100 watt (equivalent) 6500k bulb, and two overhead flourescent daylight (3100 lumens each) hanging in the balance. (see attached pics)

Is this enough light, and is it situated correctly?

I plan to transplant at a later date to bigger pots. I hope to know what sex they are while they are still in these cups.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments?

alrite mate looks sweet, im nt gonna bull shit ya bout the light cause i havnt a clue lol but ur gonna need to transplant them in to bigger pot in maybe a week or so. u wont be able to sex untill flowering. wot time schuled (sorry my spellin its shit) u plannin to do? 24/0 18/6

I don't really have an opinion on timing. My first grow I went 18/6 and that experience sucked. I may go 24/0, jury is still out.

dont use clear cups. the roots need to be in the dark.

The lights will only be sufficient for the first few weeks. Try and invest in an HID.

ur lights will be fine if u keep them just above ur leaves..almost touching them until about 6 inches high or so...maybe 8...in the meantime i would invest in a cheap 70 watt hps from home depot for flowering.... they only cost 75 bucks and give equivelant lumens to a 600 watt hps.... but for sure keep ue cfls on them close to keep them compact , u can do that until flower mode considering how tall u want the plant... jusat remember they get almost twice as tall when flowering, go small if in a compact grow or u may wish u did
