By no means am I am expert, especially with a Blurple light system. But 24 inches seems fine as the babies don't seem to be "stretching" for light.

When I grew from seed I did not feed at all until I topped em after they had grown out to the 4th or 5th node. once you top em and they recover you can use about 1/2 the recommended nutes mix. I vegged for about a month. You have 4 plants in what? Gallon pots? Are you going to pot up before topping and starting serious veg time? I would.

But your grow area is a bit small for 4 plants in anything bigger than 3 gallon air pots. I prefer air pots myself. Vegging for a month would be MAX time for your space!

They are looking great so far! Good job first timer!

Thanks for the advice. Really feels like I’m headed no where, think I’m driving my self crazy.
They are in 2gals. I have 5 gals to finish in.
Can you explain topping? Vegging for a month, after topping you mean?

I hate to get rid of any this plants, I honestly grew 4 to have a better chance of surviving plants.

You started from seed, Feminized seeds? If not feminized you are still going to have to sex them. Likely you are going to have at least one male in the bunch.

So I am assuming your tent is 2 foot deep, 4 foot wide and 4 foot tall? If so that isn't going to give you much room for growth with stretch before flower Unless you only veg for 2 weeks.

Topping is pinching off the new top growth in between the top new branches or node. And yes finish vegging after topping!

Yes, exactly 4 weeks in from seed. Feminized seeds. Yes those dimensions are correct. Got it, did some re search on toping.
What would you recommend to allow for growth?
Bigger grow room? Less plants with my lighting?

I am in a gorilla 4x4x8. Right now I have clones, vegged for 3 weeks in 5 gallon air pots. The smaller pots and plants are in 2 gallon air pool pots!

My plan was to only grow 4 in 5 gallon pots but I had extra clones and didn't want to toss em so I put em in 2 gallon pots and squeezed em in. My tent is now crowded. Not the best condition. The pic below is week and a half after 12/12 switch

So to answer your question...yes bigger tent/grow area...you are size limited. Your Vivaspectra is just fine for what you will do.

No problem! Anytime!

And patience is the key with cannabis. Dont overthink it...it really is just a weed! An awesome weed with incredible potential! But just a weed!

Dont over water and dont over feed!

Good advice from this poster. Keep it simple and keep them growing . I use only fabric bags from Ruth's Tree Farm . Available on Amazon. Very cheap but excellent. If you want a perpetual crop read about flowering clones. And monstercropping . It's all i do now. At least for now. Heaviest yielding method for soils or peat.

What size fabric pots would be good to finish in?
I feel 3g is too smal and 7g too large?
Of course will eat for plant to grow before the transplant into finish pot.

Considering your limited grow room/tent size I would stick with 3 gallon pots!

You can go 5gallon but you are still limited on actual veg size before flip!

Are you in soil, peat, coco? Your plants look pretty darn good, especially for a first timer. Just be careful of your feeding schedule based on your medium of choice. Soil and peat may not be as accepting of a feed, water, feed schedule, as let's say coco is. Not that you couldn't get away with it, but the lines get pretty blurry when you try to treat all mediums the same way....just food for thought friend; otherwise, good job thus far.
