Seecret jarden questions/help - think I got screwed!

Hey everyone,I bought a 5x5 seecret jarden tent & the connector pieces are already attached to the shorter pieces to the point where I can't take them off. Maybe if I had a vice, but I'm having a hell of a time unless I'm just retarde and am doing something wrong. Bought it from a hydro store. Are the connector pieces already suppose to be connected? Looks to me like there not suppose to be pre-connected from what I can see in videos & on instructions.Any help is greatly appriceated!!!

The connector pieces are NOT supposed to be connected when it arrives.

You've iether got another piece of crap from secret jardin, or maybe a tent that had already been returned then shipped out again.

As previously said by shaun2000, contact hydro store.

Oh dear secret jardin, how the mighty have fallen.

Haha ya I wish I woulda read on them some before making a split-decision purchase. I unfortunately live two hours away but will be taking it back soon! Getting a gorilla tent instead. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Should have bought a Hydro-Hut silver edition. Great tent,very strong,well made. Just my 2cents
