Lets get a list going for seed banks that offer guaranteed shipping or offer a refund.

Seed banks that only do 1 resend don't count!! That's not guaranteed is it??

* Castle marijuana seeds - Resends once or twice then refunds the order if not received. (Not sending to Australia at this time)

* Original sensible seeds - Keeps resending until you get your order

We need to get a list going for all that don't want to waste money. They are out there so lets see how many we can come up with and put them all here in the one thread

Well if they don't keep resending or offer your money back we can't list them. The thread is for seed banks that keep resending or offer refunds so people know they will either get there beans or get there money back

Bullshit. Many in michigan don't fuck with TGA cuz they fucked up an order and then was a dick to the customer. TGA is shit genetics with clowns running it.
You are guaranteed to get fucked around dealing with TGA, I don't think that is the guarantee that the OP was looking for.

I have never ordered from TGA, only going by what their website states. So if thats the experience that you have had, TY for sharing and that might change my thoughts about ordering from them.

I ordered once and had no issues, so i didnt need to use their "guarantee". Their policy states that they guarantee that you get your order. It is not written in black & white though weather you get re-shipped or refunded, but the way i interpret it is that they will re-ship your beans.

Seedsman offers guaranteed shipping until you receive your item.

Perhaps a better thread would be to list the companies that not only offer guaranteed delivery/money back, but actually honour their commitments. When researching Bonza Seeds, I found at least five people who recently hadn't received their orders and Bonza refused to reship. I avoided them for that reason.

However, I shall soon let you know if SOS and Seedsman honour their resends, as both those shipments have failed to arrive after more than a month . . .

Yep seedmans.com is another. As for sea of seeds they only do 1 resend so if it gets snagged twice (first order and then the resend) your out of pocket full stop.

Can you post the link to the to where the customer's never got there resend from Bonza? What was the reason?

Just a note to Aussies, if your in QLD - Brissy customs are all over the shit. Best bet is to send to another state if you can.

Getting a resend from sos on Wednesday. I want to get them to send to a different state this time round. If they don't get through this time I'm out of pocket $300. That's why I started this thread

Fuck ME, they got the balls to call that guaranteed shipping WTF? Sorry I missed that one as I had a friend who ordered and he got his beans so I just assumed they were all good (never ordered there myself)

To be totally honest they were the only ones I didn't email and get there full clarity on there guaranteed options.

The rest I did and they assured me they keep resending or offer a refund if customs gets it (I have ordered of most of them and there all good) All replied very fast too and I take that sort of stuff into account also (if they don't reply in 36 hours I don't waste my time and I wouldn't have listed them)

Hope everyone steers clear of Bonza that's a fucking Joke. Like you say who else is going to seize them? Complete assholes hiding that in the fine print!!!

Did your order with there guaranteed shipping option? They will only reship if you have used the guaranteed shipping method. Let us know

What are they saying? If you ordered there guaranteed shipping they should just reship? Has the waiting time passed?

well the tracking information shows that it was delivered but I never got anything. and I emailed them and all they said was this "Hi there

Can you pease take that issue to the mail services as the order has been stated as delivered and you have not received the parcel. I am sure that the mail services will have more information

If it say's delivered they won't resend as that's how they track it from there end. Chase the postal service up and ask them to find out where it is?

Ring them so you get a hold of someone that will offer to help, That's your best bet.

I feel for ya bro but in the eyes of Attitude it's been delivered. Maybe ask attitude to launch an investigation into where the parcel ended up?

They are the only ones that have the right paper work to do so, so maybe ask them (politely of course) to see if you can do it that way. Just be aware
it takes a long time to do this so nothing's going to happen fast! All you can do is ask Attitude and see what they say.

You don't have a lot of options. Like I said in Attitude's eyes it's been delivered and they won't resend. You have to understand that if they just
took everyone's word for it (not being delivered) they would be out of business. That's why they use tracking.

Everybody would do it for free seeds.

You may have to just keep annoying the post office or cut your losses with this one.
