Seed creation help

Ok I wanna take the plant that I have back to seed, can I do this? My idea was to take one out of my room and quarentine it in the garage and make it hermi, then take the pollen from that plant and apply it to a few nuggs in the garden. My question is will I have the same exact plant and will it be stable? The reason I wanna do this is I am only allowed a certain number of clones every month of this strain and am not allowed to clone it but If I grow a plant from seed that is the same and I say I ordered it off the net it's mine and I can clone it all I want. Please help me figure this out.

Whats the big deal.why you just dont clone the clone you got and tell them you got it from seed on the net.Unlimited cuts for yourself.
Doing what you want to do will more than likely make hermie seeds and you will need to grow alot and try to stabalize it by backcrossing.But it will have a hermie trait.
