Seed Damage??

Hello all i recently planted my cracked seeds into fox farm ocean forest soil and misted it good with Phed water(6.5). I have the lights off currently and its been about 24 hours and i dont see a sprout or anything. Can not having the lights off damage my seeds for them just sitting in the soil like that? SHould i put the lights on them right away?? I am currently growing an autoflowering strain. Any help or adivce would be great thanks

It can take longer than that, don't fret. I would put lights on it and stop spraying anything. Just let nature take its course.
