If someone were to have a seed exchange say with online users or local users.. is this a violation of some sort not just on here but legally? I have read conflicting things even on letting another legal smoker have some of your crop as well??
Ya I think that's right gioua. But it'd probably have to be for people just in california, and definitely only between people with cards, and no money would be allowed to be involved just trading. I think that's legal.
