Seed germination

I put about 4 seeds between paper towels, and only one is sort of germinated

the seed looks like its cracked, and there is a very small white root sticking out

is it ready to plant yet, its my only shot at this for now, because the rest look like shit

plant it dude, best if the tap root 1/4 inch or so but if it is out it should be fine
