its been 5 days that i planted my seed in the rockwool and it hasnt grown at all i have it under a florencnt light and i water it am i missing anything please help.

I germinate the seeds first. Try that. Inbetween two pieces of paper towel very moist and inserted into a baggie. Seal and wait a few day. Check you should find freshy popped little girls ready to plant.

i did that but it still hasnt started but ill do it again.

yeah man germinate first better sucess rate

its only been five days? i would give it atleast say around ten days.. if you don't see anything by that point, i would write it off and start over..
heres a few tips as well.. keep the rockwool moist.. not super wet, and not too dry.. you can also place the rockwool into a plastic baggy that is closed all for about an inch or so to help keep the rh up..
keep the temps around 80 f.. this is about the temps that seeds like to germinate in..

i normally just stick my papertowel under my stupid sunbeam lamp
