My weed seedings was nice green and now there turning yellow and white from bottem up ( there 4 weeks old & growing slow ( there in micro grow organic soil & the drainage is is bad ) and I'm not not overwatering

Wait... the drainage is bad?
I don't see a picture, but I'd venture to say...

Time to drop another seed with some better drainage.
Move the light farther away as well if you have one.
