If you are using fresh FFOF, there will be no need to feed for a good week, maybe even 2. The soil should have more then enough nutrients already in it to get the plant back to health. You aren't in a bad situation.

I used a jiffy 7 pod and it is in ff ocean forest the poms come out at 50 so I will transplant im not sure when ti start feeding there are 3 weeks old thats the only one that looks like this

if you put it in fresh ocean forest soil you can go without feeding for 2 or 3 more weeks

Yep. Transplant and just water every few days, She will start turning back to green. The damaged leaves won't recover.

You can't really go wrong with a larger pot for plants. I mean, you don't want to add a seedling into a 7 gallon off the rip as it will be a pain to water correctly. I normally transplant from Solo cups to 1 gallon around 10-15 days from seed. The 1 gallon to 5 gallon about week 4-6 depending on plant size.

2weeks

I like to scale up in my pot size. I use #7 and #10 pots and find if I go from #1 to their forever home they grow to tall too fast for my liking
