Seedling Growth Stunted

My seedlings are 12 days old, but its growth seems to be stunted. I'm not sure what the problem is. Its first set of true leaves started to yellow a few days ago, so I added 1/4 strength nutes. I thought that it should be okay since the growing medium is a soilless mixture of peat moss/vermiculite/perlite.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? Also the ph of the water seems to be fine @ 6.4.

Here is a picture of the seedling:

Here is a updated pic and it is getting worse:

for some reason I remember seeing that peatmoss wasnt good for seedlings, maybe it was to heavy or the lack of drainage or air that the roots get. 12 days old seems a little young for nutes too, just my 2 cents, nice plant so far tho, bigger then mine was at 12 days old (northern lights here). Also how often do you water?

I water it every 3 days or when ever the top of the soil is dry. The newer sets of leaves seem to be green, the growth these past few days have been slow

It's low ph very acidic peat moss mixes suck ass try a coco mix. Or switch to a premium soil roots organic, happy frog, or try supersoil u have to make it urself but it's well worth it. Seedlings in good soil don't need nutes added period

I made sure to add 2 tbl/gallon of dolomite lime to the peat moss because I know peat moss will tend to get acidic as it breaks down. Although I haven't tested the ph of the soil just yet.

Only water when it's almost bone dry it's a game to find that point explosive growth has a certain point when nutes temps and properlight combine with genetics and u need to dry ur soil so roots don't get drowned. Explosive growth will follow.
