Seedling Help (Pics Included)

These two seedlings are barneys farm critical kush in sunshine mix #4. I watered the plants with a small nutrient solution of general hydroponics rapid start totaling 120 PPM. What do you think is wrong with the seedlings ???

Transplant them out of those clear cups ( just said this in another thread). You shouldn't need to feed seedlings. Transplant and give water only, for 3 more weeks. If you feel you must feed them, use a super light foliar spray, 1/8th strength. Good luck!
