Seedling in the emergency room, help please

Plant is a month old. Grown from bad seed, which were about 2 years old.

I overwatered it about a week ago but since then it has dried out and Ive been watering more carefully with a spraybottle.

I dont use any nutes and its under 24/7 cfl lights

Also the stem is very weak,

it looks like it has a nitrogen deficiency or either just looks hungry and the stem is purple so it looks like either potassium or phosphorus deficiency ,so all round i guess you should start feeding it.i recommened thrive plant food.

and sometimes it just comes down to genetics

biggest photos ever! it looks like nute burn, not good as seedling. flush it then bring back nutes 7 days later at 1/2 str.
