Seedling Leaf Discoloration

Hello everyone,
I had noticed this morning that there is discoloration of the two first leaves. I am growing indoors in soil under 240 watts of cfl. The soil mixture is about 65% generic potting soil and 35% worm castings. The seedling had been sprouted about two days before this problem occurred. I have another seedling in the same mixture of soil that is not showing any discoloration but also has not been sprouted for as long. Im figuring nute burn but before I did anything I wanted to ask more experienced people before I wound up making the problem worse. Any help in the matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I flushed each pot with about a gallon of water last night and the discoloration seems to be lessening. Both plants are still growing so I dont think it should be an issue.

is that another seed on top of your soil?

nah its just part of the shell of that plant
