Seedling looking a little droopy

Hey guys, looking for some help here. Recently took my seedling out of the windowsill because I finally got some lights from the hardware store for it. When I checked on it today I noticed it does not look very healthy. It was germinated on the 4. I have not given it any nuts yet. Should I? is this a sign of nut deficiency? I thought i read on here to wait for about two weeks before feeding.

I would really appreciate any fast help. I dont want to loose this plant!!

I would go for less water , more air and apparently less light ( further away )

Less water and put a small fan blowing very gently on her, she needs to move but only a little.
What is that soil you have her in?

Its in just organic potting soil i got from lowes. No fert in at as much as i know.
