Seedling Nute Burn Recovery.

This is my first grow, and I wanted to get some help on one of my seedlings. I am doing a coco grow, with a 70-30 mix perlite and coco, vegging 21-3 under a 150w CFL. I decided to pre-load the coco before planting with nutes and Cal Mag, as I read some people that suggested this. A few days after germination, in a rather stupid move, I watered again with quarter strength nutes. Since then, I have watered only with 6.0 ph'd distilled water, with Superthrive.

Anyway, starting a day ago, one of my seedlings started showing signs of nute burn. Is that what it looks like? I flushed roughly twice the pot volume today with ph'd water. Is there anything else I should do? How soon should it recover?

Either way, I think in the future I will stay away from nutes until at least a week or two.

You "think"? ;)

Keep it warm, light as close as possible (without burning it of course), so the soil dries faster, so you can water (flush) again sooner. I'd keep the lights on 24hr for a week or two as well.

If the soil is now flushed from excessive nutes she will recover within a matter of days. May look bad now, and it will cause some delay, but if and once new green leaves form she will outgrow the damage quickly.
