Seedling Problems- Need Help Please

These are about 8 to 10 days old, they started really healthy then within 2-3 days after the first week they started to discolor, fall over and start wilting.
I have them in a Rainforest 318 modular system.
PH 6.0
Water temp 70F
Air Temp 75F
Humidity 35-40
No Nutrients yet just water and H202

It may be just that it is a weak strain. Did you get good seeds or did you use bag seed?

I got the seeds from Green House Seed Co. I did some research and it had good reviews and seemed reputable. Any other ideas? And by the way its about 4 out of 18 seedlings that look this way, the rest are looking great except for fairly thin stems.

I'm no hydro expert but you say 8-10 days old, you need to marks dates on a calendar.
After 1 week or 7 days I would've of gave'em 200-250 ppm I I'm growing in rock wool
this is what I do. Wft is h2o2? The ph I would lower it to 5.8 or so cause it going to
rise any way~
