Seedling problems please help!

I have A small fan blowing on them but it's still pretty hot in here, I'll get a thermometer tonight. I PH when I water(try to keep it at about 6) ppms at about 350-400. I haven't been keeping track of humidity but I spray the air with RO water a few times a day. What do u guys think is wrong? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Try giving them water; they really didn't need any of the crap you gave them until 3 weeks after sprouting up. Bud candy needs buds to work lol. Water with a hand mister to keep them moist and don't let the roots dry out. High temps are very bad for young-lings...you got a ducted exhaust on that 600w? If not you might need one to help pull off the heat.

Yea I feel u. i was just using the chart that came with all the nutes. And yea I have an exhaust set up. Thanks for the advice. I'm gunna give em regular RO water for the next week. How often do you think I should be watering them? Like once a day or ?

Water as needed to keep the medium moist without drenching it. Most of the problem is that straight coco holds moisture sorta like a sponge. If you water with a hand mister only it's almost impossible to overwater which is why I suggest it. You might even be better off doing as many others here are saying and adding in some perlite to help with drainage. Next time use a smaller vessel for seedlings; a solo keg party cup is perfect size for this just poke out a whole lotta drainage holes. Once they grow out of those go to the final size pot. Starting out in the 7g may not have been the best idea.
Throw the silly feeding chart in the trash and give them 1/2 strength nutes twice weekly & water in between but wait until after they grow some nodes. They shouldn't need anything but water for another 10+ days.
