Seedling question

so my first grow is a clone that I just switched to 12/12 and is starting to stretch. I’ve started a seedling, starting it under LEDs (I’ve had for at least 5 years) it grew to just under 3 inches and seems stalled. Afraid if I put in tent with 12/12 it may affect it. Can I put in a sunny window, should I carefully replant, hate to ditch it, seed cost $. Thanks for any insight or suggestions
