Seedling sprout

Yes. It depends how long it's been planted. But I've had seed sprout 2" above ground in 3 days from planting

I'd say if you plant early enough in the day and have a good viable seed. You could easily have something the next morning

well my germed seed came up through the surface, because when i started i didnt germ before planting i just planted the seeds in the soil, as the seed came up from watering and it had a taproot coming out i then planted it in.

Fastest I had was seeing a small arc with the seed itself being pushed out the top "overnight", but into a genuine sprout overnight seems unlikely. I guess fastest is around 24 hours or so.... but I have to ask, why do you ask? 3-5 days is not uncommon and there's not much you can do to speed those up as it simply differs per seed.
